The Cape to Cape Calendar of Events website is officially up and running, which means that once you upload your event at www.capetocapeevents.com, it will automatically feed the information to online calendars at the Shire of Augusta Margaret River, the City of Busselton, margaretriver.com and geographebay.com, as well as The Margaret River Region App.
Instructions for uploading your event:
1. Go to www.capetocapeevents.com and click on the green “Post Your Event” button on the top right of the calendar feed.
2. The following form will come up. Enter in all of the event details and click “Submit”. It’s that easy!
Here are a few helpful tips:
- Enter as many event details as possible.
- There is no character limit for the event description, so we recommend describing the event with as much information as possible.
- Double check that the event date and time are correct – when admin approves event postings, we assume this information is correct.
- Upload a relevant photo to help your event stand out.
- If you find you have made a mistake after submitting, or need to change any of the details, please complete a new form and email our team to let us know that the old one needs to be deleted.
- If you need to cancel an event, please email our team.
