If you have forgotten your password to your Bookeasy console, you can request temporary access and have the password reset by following the below steps. If you have also forgotten your username, you can use similar steps to also review this information. Unlike passwords, usernames cannot be reset.
Forgotten Bookeasy username and/or password:
1. From the Bookeasy client login screen, click on the link “Forgotten your password.”
2. You will be asked to enter your email address (usually the main email registered to your business) registered to your Bookeasy account
3. You will then receive an email with your username and a link to your console with further instruction as to how you reset your password
If after taking these steps, you are still unable to access your console, please contact the membership team.
