Over the past year or so, Bookeasy has developed new look member consoles for Accommodation, Tour and Event Operators – naming them Bookeasy Rooms, Bookeasy Tours and Bookeasy Tickets!
Given its success thus far, Bookeasy will be upgrading all Accommodation, Tours and Events Operators to the Advanced Member Consoles in as a mass upgrade on 01 July 2015, for the start of the new fiscal calendar. By performing a mass upgrade of the consoles, developers will have better opportunity to further refine and enhance the features of consoles going forward.
As well as receiving an aesthetic upgrade with an easier interface to navigate, the Advanced Member Consoles also offer a feature rich experience for users and greater flexibility in the way you can sell your products and drive revenue. This upgrade will allow you to manage your business in a more efficient manner by removing a lot of the irrelevant areas of Bookeasy that operators don’t usually require.
You will have noticed that the Advanced Member Consoles have been available as an upgrade on your console for some time now and we know many of you have already upgraded and making the most of the enhanced features.
How will this impact you?
Once the mass upgrade has been completed, the next time you access your console, you will be met with the advanced version. If you would prefer to upgrade sooner, simply click on the link as it appears in your console.
All products, descriptions, rates, specials and any other information that was previously loaded will have automatically migrated seamlessly to the upgraded console. Operators will not be required to re-enter any reservations, bookings or revenue statistics.
Operators will be encouraged to review each area of their account to ensure this has occurred without issue, but also to familiarise themselves with the Advanced Member Console and the new features available to them.

Bookeasy Rooms
Bookeasy Rooms gives you practically all of the functionality of an expensive Property Management System (PMS) without the fees.

Bookeasy Tickets
Features include:
- Fresh new look with richer functionality
- Setting up tickets is easy and intuitive
- Apply a ticket limit of tickets available to be purchased
- Dynamic pricing meaning custom rate types can be applied, no longer inflexible and limiting options
- Rates can be managed on a daily basis, meaning greater control of yield opportunities
