How long have you been operating/in the business? We invented the business over 15 years ago and we have been steadily growing ever since
Tell us about your business: We are the only camping ,fishing, diving, caravanning, outdoor product store in Margaret River. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, brilliant product knowledge and staff that are passionate about what we sell. We also fill dive tanks, help customers with broken fishing rods and reels, put rubbers on spearguns, tie rigs for fishing customers and much more.
What is your unique point of difference? We are one stop for people who want to enjoy our wonderful great outdoors. Whether you are camping in the South West, heading up North for your annual holiday or travelling through – we have what you need. Our team can assist in all aspects of camping, fishing ,diving and caravanning.
Do you have any new updates to share? We are the only stockist in Australia of a front pack called RIBZ, used whilst trekking or even just walking the Cape to Cape. Our store is now the agent for Kulkyne Swags – unique swags that are freestanding. We have a new VIP customer system that allows you to receive discounts and loyalty points every time you shop.
Favourite part of the job? Talking to locals and tourists about their adventures in the great outdoors, from fishing to camping and everything in-between.
Anything else you’d like other members to know about you and/or your business? We are open 7 days a week and have the freshest and largest range of bait in store. We also order products in for customers – so if we don’t have it – we will endeavour to get it in for you in the quickest possible time ( no need to shop online!)
What do you love about Your Margaret River Region? The diversity of being able to travel less than 15mins to go fishing, camping, diving, bush walking and generally exploring nature at its best. It’s cheap to do, fun and it can be done all year round.
