Acclaimed for its award winning architectural design and Feng Shui principles, the winery’s tasting room is large and uncluttered with wine excellence as the primary concern. Featuring a ceiling rising to some eight metres at its highest point and a stunning work of art by Andrew Carter entitled “Howard Park Trees”, you’ll find generous ambience for tasting the Howard Park range of wines

About our host- The Larder

The Larder is Margaret River’s premier specialty gourmet retailer and is a not-to-be missed destination for fine food lovers. We offer a unique combination of services to our customers that incorporate a cooking school, boutique caterers and gourmet deli.

At The Larder we are all about local! Our aim is to showcase the best available produce from the finest regional suppliers and make them more accessible to you. The Bettenay’s nougat that we stock is hand crafted in the heart of the Margaret River region and the Yallingup wood fired bread that is delivered fresh each morning is prepared for us by Gotthard and his team of bakers.

…..Ok, so it’s not all local…they have specialty cheeses from France, exotic spices from Asia and organic grains and rice from South America. Simon Johnson provides them with handmade pastas, sauces and a wonderful range of aged vinegars.

The owner, 2010 top 50 Masterchef finalist, Siobhan Halse is all about using quality fresh and local produce. In the words of Iain Lawless (Perth celebrity chef and winning chef from Room Nineteen on Channel Seven’s My Restaurant Rules) he states “Siobhan cooks from the heart and is tomorrow’s Maggie Beer…only better looking.”
