Around 110 members joined Margaret River Busselton Tourism (MRBTA) and Tourism Council Association (TCWA) staff last night for a beautiful evening of regional food and wine presented by Howard Park Wines and The Larder.

Evan Hall, CEO, Tourism Council Western Australia gave the crowd a briefing on some of the key tourism advocacy priorities currently underway in regards to future policy and infrastructure on a State level, followed by an update from Emma Page, TCWA’s Industry Development Manager in regards to a wrap up of the two days of tourism marketing workshops as well as a shout out to the region’s many finalists in upcoming 2015 Perth Airport WA Tourism Awards.

The evening was a fitting end to two days of shared industry activities between the TCWA, MRBTA and its members hosted in the region and we thank everyone who attended the workshops and Mingle/Tourism Connect. We also thank our gracious hosts for the collaboration, Howard Park Wines and The Larder!

The TCWA will be back in the region in May 2016 to work with the MRBTA on another series of tailored industry development training and workshops.
