Following a successful inaugural event last year, the WA Tourism Conference returns in 2016. This year, the conference is hosted jointly by Tourism Council WA, Visitor Centres WA, Caravan Industry Association WA and Forum Advocating Cultural & Eco-Tourism (FACET).
With tourism emerging as a significant growth industry for the future of WA’s economy, the WA Tourism Conference will be an excellent opportunity to hear from leading speakers discussing the critical issues facing the broader tourism sector.
The 2016 WA Tourism Conference will feature more than 50 speakers and panelists from across Australia, including Government Ministers, industry leaders and tourism experts. Topics discussed will include marketing, the sharing economy, social and digital media, customer service, nature and cultural tourism, Indigenous tourism, aviation, visitor centres and caravan parks
