And a new Member Hotline: 9780 5959
That’s right, we now have a dedicated Member Hotline for you to contact us through, with simplified menu options and quicker access to the person or department you need to speak to across our network of visitor centres and corporate office. We suggest you add this number to your contacts now: 9780 5959!
One of the most notable features of the new Member Hotline is that if you are calling us back to confirm a tour or accommodation booking, you will be able to select the visitor centre you want to speak with and then you will be connected with the first available consultant who will assist you at that location.
Here is a quick overview of the Member Hotline menu options (note that these are subject to change so we advise you to listen to the prompts each time):
Press “1” to confirm a tour or accommodation booking, then select VC location
Press “2” to speak with the Membership team, including Bookeasy support
Press “3” to speak with Accounts Receivable/Payable
Press “4” to speak with the Marketing Department
Press “5” to speak with Retail
