Taking place as part of the fringe program for Margaret River Gourmet Escape 2016, enjoy this feast of native bush flavours with internationally renowned Aboriginal Chef Mark Olive aka ‘The Black Olive’ and Josh Whiteland from award winning local South West business Koomal Dreaming.

Supported by Aboriginal hospitality students from various High Schools in Western Australia, you’ll have a cultural culinary experience surrounded by the Noongar Exhibition as well as the music from the talented Merindas who are able to capture the hearts and imagination of an audience through song.
