Tourism WA and Tour Guides WA invite you to be a part of a unique, free training program for all those involved, or wanting to be involved when cruise ships come to town.
Upon completion you will receive a certificate of completion, a unique badge and one year’s complimentary membership to Tour Guides WA. You will also have the skills necessary should you want to apply for national accreditation with GOA (Guiding Organisations Australia).

• Gain confidence as a Tour Guide or Meet and Greet Guide?
• Want to be able to engage cruise passengers effectively?
• Improve your guiding skills for a brighter future in tourism?
What’s involved?
One and half days of training with lots of hands on activities, followed a week later by a half day spent demonstrating your new or improved skills.
Training in Busselton
When: 9:00 – 3:30pm, Saturday 17 June and 9:00 – 1:00pm, Sunday 18 June (morning tea and lunch provided)
Where: Abbey Beach Resort
Demonstration of skills day
When:9:00 – 1:00pm, Sunday 25 June (snacks provided)
Where: Out and about in Busselton
