Flametree’s 2016 SRS Wallcliffe Chardonnay has taken out six Trophies at the 2017 Perth Royal Wine Show to go along with the two Trophies at the KPMG Royal Sydney Wine Show 2017.
With grapes sourced from the Wallcliffe sub-region of Margaret River, this wine has now taken out eight Trophies at the two shows that it has entered.
The Sydney Royal Wine Show has been recognising the best Australian wine since its inception back in 1826. Annually there are over 2,3000 entries into this prestigious show and this allows entrants to have their wines benchmarked against a strong cross section of Australian wine producers.
