New Direct Wine Sales webinar program

Direct Wine Workshops Australia is a 3-part online webinar series presented by Sandra Hess of DTC Wine Workshops and Robin Shaw of Wine Tourism Australia for Australian wine companies wishing to enhance their direct sales.

Offered just in time for the holiday rush, participants will learn essential skills to effectively convert cellar door visitors to loyal customers. Aimed at small and medium sized wineries, the series will provide a strong foundation for developing and implementing a successful direct-to-consumer strategy.

Each workshop is conducted live over three consecutive weeks and participants will have ample opportunity to for Q&A. In addition to the live webinar, participants will be provided with access to checklists, workbooks and a dedicated communications channel at the conclusion of each workshop via WINE Portal (wineportal.com.au)

Aimed at small and medium sized wineries, the series comprises three 90-minute webinars conducted live over three consecutive weeks where participants will have ample opportunity for Q&A. In addition to the live webinar, a communication channel has been set up on WINE Portal at https://wineportal.com.au/#/channels/2753. Participants will be provided with access to checklists, workbooks and other resources via a dedicated learning centre on WINE Portal at the conclusion of each workshop.

Each webinar in the series is designed to build on the knowledge gained in the previous workshop. A discount is available for attendees who register for all three workshops.

Part 1: Strategic Planning for Direct Wine Sales

• Delivering service excellence and generating sales
• Staying connected between visits by activating customer touch points

Part 3: Member Management & Customer Retention Best Practices
Wed 20 December 2017

Topics covered include:
• How to segment members effectively
• Catering to top lifetime value members
• Account management setup and execution
• Developing the top 3 workflows to retain and re-engage members
• Leveraging CRM and social data to build meaningful touch points
• Creating brand ambassadors for life

The cost per attendee in a single workshop is $150 or $350 for the entire series.
