Public Relations

Weekend Sunrise

The iconic Busselton Jetty featured in living rooms across the nation last Sunday morning through live weather crosses on Weekend Sunrise. Reaching over 260,000 viewers nationally, the broadcast opportunity was coordinated and funded by our east coast public relations partnership with Australia’s South West in cooperation with the Busselton Jetty. The goal of this cross was to have an immediate impact with conversion to support current flight deals with Jetstar from Melbourne to Busselton-Margaret River Airport.

Tasting Australia

This month we had Hayden Quinn in the region filming for his new series Tasting Australia.

The series will air nationally in February on Channel 10 and international across Qantas Inflight, Netflix and a number of other international channels across the US, UK, Asia and Europe.

The program will be promoted across Qantas digital channels reaching up to 2 million travelers. Hayden’s recipes will also feature on Taste.com.au, Australia’s largest food site reaching 6.5 million visitors each month.

The crew visited the southern end of the Capes for an Abalone expedition with Ocean Grown Abalone, hit the tracks with Gene Hardy on the Cape to Cape and ended up at Vasse Felix for a wine tasting and cooking session among the vines.

This broadcast opportunity was secured in partnership with Australia’s South West, Margaret River Wine Association and Wines of Western Australia funded by Wine Australia as an activity of the International Wine Tourism Grant.
