It was a stunning Southwest Autumn dusk when Margaret River Busselton Tourism Association members and staff were treated to an evening at the gorgeous Meelup Farmhouse.
Anneliese Williams, Events and Marketing Manager at Meelup Farmhouse, warmly welcomed everyone to the family operated and styled venue.
Meelup Farmhouse has a fresh take on traditional dining with relaxed offerings, a true family feasting shared style with paired ambiance. We certainly did feel part of the family and Mila the Labrador did make everyone smile with her ‘please do not feed me’ bandana.
Members were treated to selections from the Farmhouse menu and neighbours Wise Wine offered their delicious wine to match.
Anneliese gave an update on their successful wedding season and the importance of connecting with the community using local suppliers and producers, continuing to thank the operators within the region and noting how proud the Meelup Farmhouse team is to be involved in the region’s tourism and hospitality industry.
MRBTA Joint CEO, Sharna Kearney concluded the formalities of the evening, highlighting a few key projects in the evolution of MRTBA’s regional brand and destination website.
Thank you to all that attended and a huge thank you to the event’s sponsor:
We hope to see you at our next Mingle on Wednesday, 19th May. We are joining with TCWA for their Tourism Connect event at Abbey Beach Resort. Find out more and register HERE.
