In interactions with visitors, member businesses act as ambassadors for our region, providing recommendations for their next stop, or next trip. The MRBTA Member Familiarisation Program aims to assist you and your staff to recommend other businesses confidently and enthusiastically. The Program offers four familiarisation tours throughout the year with each focused on towns of the region and their surrounds.
First up in 2022 is Augusta & Surrounds and expressions of interest are now invited to participate in the tour scheduled mid-March. EOIs will be considered to ensure a diverse mix of tourism offerings are experienced and preference will be given to businesses that can schedule a staff member to attend.
