Visitor Servicing & Print Distribution Update

MRBTA is very pleased to be partnering with the City of Busselton to provide the delivery of printed visitor information to businesses based in the Dunsborough and Yallingup areas.

The development comes as part of a strategy to deliver visitor servicing beyond the walls of bricks and mortar visitor centres, and following the closure of the Dunsborough Visitor Centre in May 2022. MRBTA’s quality visitor information tools – the printed regional map, the biannual Tales & Trails magazine and drive trail maps will be delivered in-person to businesses previously served by the Dunsborough Visitor Centre, through a monthly delivery service.

Also supported by the City of Busselton, MRBTA will be regularly providing supplies of the regional map and magazine to a visitor information display, or ‘Hub’ in place in the Arrivals Hall at the Busselton Airport.

MRBTA will continue to invest in the experience at its flagship visitor centres at Busselton and Margaret River, and in the delivery of visitor information through its digital channels.
