2019 WA Leavers, Dunsborough – Pre-event briefing for accommodation operators

Every year the South West Leavers Planning Group holds the Pre-brief meeting for all Leavers Accommodation Providers for the upcoming Leavers week – 18 – 21 November 2019.

Members of the WA Police Department, South West Health Department, Department of Drug & Alcohol, Emergency Services and South West Coachlines (official transport providers) will all be in attendance to brief you on this year’s Leavers events and support services as well as answer any questions or concerns you may have.

The meeting will be held on:
Wednesday 16 October, 2019
3pm – 4pm
Meeting Room 1 (Ground Floor), Busselton Community Resource Centre
19 Cammilleri Street, Busselton

All MRBTA members or other local accommodation providers that are taking leavers this year, or considering taking leavers in the future, are encouraged to attend.

The WA State Government Leavers Strategy is a harm minimisation response to School Leaver’s celebrations in the South West.  Events occurring outside of the Strategy and in other locations; such as boat parties and pre/post Leavers week event are not supported by the strategy, the WA Police Force, the Department of Health, or partner organisations.
