Tourism Western Australia will host a Cruise Ready Workshop to coincide with the arrival of the scheduled cruise ship The Pacific Eden the following day.

Claire Nuthall, representing Abercrombie & Kent Australia’s cruise shipping division, will provide insights into successfully servicing the cruise market, covering a range of topics including meeting cruise line/passenger expectations, how cruise lines work in regards to shore excursions and optimising business and community benefits.
