Tourism WA Cruise Ready Workshop – For Tourism Operators

To understand & identify how operators can work with cruise lines & ground handlers to deliver world class experiences for cruise visitors.
Margaret River Busselton Tourism Association and Tourism Western Australia are pleased to announce that a Tourism Operators Cruise Ready Workshop is taking place in Busselton.
Presenter Noeleen Musu, will share valuable information on the state of the industry during the return of cruise, discuss protocols and logistics, identify the future opportunities in a growing sector and work with destinations to deliver world class experiences for cruise visitors.
In addition, we will hear from specialist ground handers: Ground handlers are appointed by cruise lines to manage the shoreside experiences for cruise ship guests, and will be on hand to provide tourism businesses with insights into how cruise lines operate shore excursions, and on how to optimise business and community benefits.
The workshop will provide insights into how your business can benefit from successfully servicing the cruise market and will cover a range of topics to understand & identify how tourism operators can work with cruise lines & ground handlers to be included in cruise line shore excursion programs.

Time: 9:00am – 11:00am (register from 8:45am). Includes time for networking.
