Expressions of interest for dedicated social media carousel posts can be made for the following tiers:

Tier 1: Carousel Post – Imagery Supplied by Member $300

Great for: Businesses with photos on file in the required specs that want to highlight their unique selling point and increase brand awareness. This marketing opportunity allows you to connect visually with audiences and share your brand story with a new audience outside your usual channels.

Prerequisites: To take advantage of the Tier 1 Social Media Post product, members must be able to satisfy the following imagery specs before purchasing:

  • High-resolution
  • Portrait or 4:5 format
  • No strong branding/logos/icons/overlay text
  • No commercial or staged product shots
  • For year-on-year social post bookings, new content is required.

Assets should focus on the visitor experience as a whole with an emphasis on nature, people and/or culture (sense of place).

Tier 2: Carousel Post – With Photoshoot $700

Great for: Businesses that require updated imagery or refreshed content that reflects the regional brand narrative. This marketing opportunity will allow you to use the images in a social media carousel targeting the Margaret River Region consumer audience, as well as build upon your own asset library for use across your digital channels.

Prerequisites: To take full advantage of the Social Media Post product, members should satisfy the following prerequisites before purchasing:

  • Businesses must be willing to welcome a MRBTA-approved content creator to visit your business for a one-hour photoshoot.

Tier 3: Reel – With Mandatory Videoshoot and Light Edit $850

Great for: Businesses that require updated b-roll and would like to try a reel as a format for the regional brand narrative. This marketing opportunity will allow you to use the b-roll in a social media carousel targeting the Margaret River Region consumer audience, as well as build upon your own asset library for use across your digital channels.

Prerequisites: To take full advantage of the Social Media Post product, members should satisfy the following prerequisites before purchasing:

  • Businesses must be able to discuss and approve an overarching reel-plan, ahead of the videoshoot.
  • Businesses must be willing to welcome a MRBTA-approved content creator to visit your business for a one-hour videoshoot.
  • Businesses should be aware that the final reel format will be a clean, destination-based reel, incorporating your business themes. The reel will feature minimal text overlay, if any, and will adhere to MRR brand fonts and formats. Discussions regarding music and sound options will also be held and suggestions provided. Please refer to MRR’s current Instagram reels for examples.
  • Businesses must be open to discussing and, in certain cases, following the marketing team’s direction for the necessary reel edits.

Specific reel information: The final reel length can vary anywhere between approx. 15-30 secs and will be decided case by case.

Additional information

Please note that any prerequisites and directives have been and will be established to ensure a successful outcome for your business post with our audience.

Target Audience: The current social audience is mostly Perth-based but there is a growing interstate audience.

Reach: Combined audience of approximately 140k. Reach and impressions vary.

Advertising Period: The post will be boosted with a $50 spend over a 7-day period, on a day and time agreed upon with the member.
