Content Inclusions & Advertising

There are a number of ways to increase your prominence in MRBTA’s digital marketing channels.

Content Calendar

The Margaret River Region’s annual content plan is available for members to read here. Members can express interest in being included in blog stories each month, with opportunities listed through our marketing e-newsletters.

The trusted itineraries and stories published are shared across a number of channels, including consumer e-newsletters (database over 40k), social media channels (combined audience over 130k), and through the region’s Visitor’s Centres. View some of the latest articles here.

MRBTA’s content plan remains fluid, allowing us to respond to the changing travel landscape and consumer and member demands. We encourage members to submit story ideas throughout the year, so that we can validate the needs of our tourism operators and transfer these needs to consumer-friendly stories.

Regional writers are also encouraged to contribute content. See submission guide here.

Cost: Native content inclusions are free of charge for MRBTA members. Priority is given to ‘Primary’ Membership holders.

  • How to participate: Take a look at the annual content plan, then simply submit an ‘Expression of Interest’ for inclusion to the MRBTA Industry Team. Content opportunities are also advertised in your monthly email update and you are welcome to submit an EOI when you see relevant stories scheduled for publishing.
  • Please include in your ‘Expression of Interest’:
    • Which article(s) you would like to be featured in.
    • In 2-3 sentences or dot points, please explain what you’d like to highlight in your inclusion and how your business/offering ties back to the blog topic.
    • 1-2 high-resolution images without logos or overlay text.
