Hosted by Tourism WA, this workshop will benefit volunteers, guides, front of house staff or people in the community who will be interacting with cruise ship passengers and provide insights into the skills that ensure passengers have a memorable visit.
Workshop facilitator Cherie Toovey (President of Tour Guides WA) will cover topics such as understanding cruise line expectations, commentary and storytelling.
