The Margaret River Busselton Tourism Association invites members to join them in an evening of networking and socialising at our September Member Mingle hosted by Wills Domain.
The focus of the evening will be a presentation from the MRBTA – outcomes from the last year and what the plans are for the future (in lieu of an AGM), a snapshot of Margaret River Gourmet Escape 2015 and of course, an exlusive first look at the new Wills Domain cellar door and restaurant experience.
About our host | Wills Domain
From a modest cellar door built 10 years ago overlooking the glorious Gunyulgup Valley the evolution of Wills Domain continues…
Hot off the back of being named one of Hot 50 Restaurants in Australia by The Australian, Wills Domain have just re-opened their doors after a much anticipated interior renovation to their cellar door and restaurant, including a new theatre kitchen.
We want to connect more with the energy and youthfulness of the brand that is reflective of the people who not only work here, but to engage our customers with a more intimate and textured dining experience. The dream was to become WA’s No. 1 restaurant. The work we have completed this August has us one step closer to achieving that dreamDarren Haunold | Managing Director, Wills Domain
With Head Chef Seth James (ex- Melbourne’s Cutler and Co.) at the helm, Wills Domain was recognised as WA’s Regional Restaurant of the Year for the past 2 years.
With the new renovation complete, Wills Domain now holds a Theatre Kitchen showcasing food and visuals to stimulate your senses like no other dining experience in the south west.
