Established in 2010 by four adventurous Aussies who wanted to realise a vision – to produce distinctive Australian gin that would rival the best in the world.
The boys decided to then set up their still in the Margaret River Region based on the purity of the water they could find here.Take our rainwater and add this with some of Australia’s best botanicals and other fresh ingredients and you have The West Winds Gin.
