Over 3,000 people visited the Accommodation Deals page this quarter. 3 of the best deals went in the Consumer newsletter reaching over 30,000 people, mainly in Perth.
When we browsed the deals to pick 3 properties to feature, we found many operators offering 5-8% discount midweek outside school holidays; we’ve found this level of discount does not seem to be hugely successful in encouraging click throughs, but specials such as 3rd night free midweek, or 25% off seem to have more success.
Browsing accommodation is one of the first steps in booking a holiday, and it can be one of the biggest expenses.
Let’s try to entice intrastate visitors to enjoy #winterdownsouth with some great off-peak specials.
We encourage you to take advantage of the traffic to our Accommodation Deals by listing a Bookeasy special. It doesn’t have to be weekends, but you might consider offering a midweek or ‘Stay… Pay’ deal.
