The workshop will be held at Lake Cave in the function room on the 19th of July; 9am – 4:30pm.
Working Smarter Online Workshop
Working Smarter Online will cover:
- Basic components of online marketing for tourism businesses
- Essential aspects of tourism website design
- Overview of search engine optimisation and search engine marketing
- Overview of tourism relevant social media avenues
- Measurement and monitoring of online activities
The workshop will be held at Lake Cave in the function room on the 20th of July; 8:30am – 12:30pm.

Websites, SEO/SEM and Analytics Workshop
This workshop will cover:
- Online marketing strategy
- Search engine optimization and algorithm updates
- Search engine marketing and online advertising tools and techniques
- Social media strategy
- Monitoring, measurement and analysis of online activities
