Ellensbrook Heritage Site Upgrade

Ellensbrook Heritage Site is set for some exciting upgrades including conservation work, landscaping and interpretation installation. Please take note of the following closures which may have implications for the general public and Cape to Cape walkers.

• Ellensbrook grounds remain open until Sunday 9 September but the house is closed
• After the 9th of September, the whole site is closed until the relaunch 0n 24 November 2018
• The Cape to Cape trail will remain accessible across this time although there will be limited/restricted access during the construction of the path in October

Ellensbrook has played a pivotal role in the development of both farming and tourism in the region and Mokidup is a site of significance to the Wadandi people. The National Trust is recruiting volunteers to help present this place as a major heritage tourism offering in the Margaret River region. There are lots of exciting volunteering opportunities, find out more at one of the following information sessions:

Thursday 9 August, 5:30pm – 6:30pm
Friday 10 August, 10:00am – 11:00am
