2021 MRBTA Member Forum & AGM

Please join us at Aravina Estate for the 2021 MRBTA Member Forum & Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 14th October from 5:00 – 8:30 pm.
Don’t miss out on this important annual event, which provides an update on MRBTA’s current & upcoming projects, and strategic issues impacting the destination. The AGM is also a valuable opportunity for our members to provide feedback to inform our activities, as well as have your questions answered.
Mingle: In addition to the formalities of the evening, we will be farewelling our outgoing Chair, Trent Bartlett, and welcoming our new Chair-elect, Stuart Hicks. Following the AGM, members are invited to mingle and enjoy Aravina Estate’s renowned wine, as well as delicious, chef-prepared substantial & finger foods.
Board Elections: Further to previous correspondence inviting nominations for MRBTA’s Board of Directors, we wish to advise two (2) nominations were received for the TWO vacancies that exist. As per Rule 10(m) of our Constitution, these 2 nominees automatically become members of the Board. We, therefore, are delighted to advise Evan Lewis (Broadwater Resort) and Matt Credaro (Credaro Family Estate and Shelter Brewing Co) will be declared to be ‘duly elected’ at the AGM for a 3 year-term.
Audited Accounts: MRBTA’s Audited Accounts for the 2020/2021 financial year and the minutes of the 2020 AGM will be distributed the week prior to the meeting.
As this is a catered event, please RSVP by Monday 11th of October 2021. Note: gluten-free/vegetarian options will be available on the night.
