2023 MRBTA Tourism Update & AGM

MRBTA Members are invited to join the 2023 MRBTA Tourism Update and AGM on Tuesday 24 October from 5:00pm at Clairault Streicker Wines.
This event includes a Tourism Update, whereby members can find out more about MRBTA’s current and upcoming work, provide feedback and ask questions.
Following the AGM, members are invited to mingle and enjoy Clairault Streicker’s hospitality, including canapes and drinks.
Board Elections
MRBTA wishes to advise that THREE (3) nominations have been received for the TWO (2) vacancies that exist on MRBTA’s Board.
Given there are more nominees than positions, an election will be conducted with the results announced at the AGM.
We encourage members to familiarise themselves with the candidates ahead of casting their vote. Information on each of the candidates is available here.
Voting will take place online via secret ballot with GoVote. Nominated representatives of member businesses will receive an email from GoVote on 3 October 2023 containing instructions on how to cast their vote. Please contact the membership team if you do not receive your email. Voting closes on 17 October 2023.
Audited Accounts
MRBTA’s Audited Accounts for the 2022/2023 financial year and the minutes of the 2022 AGM will be distributed the week prior to the meeting.
Due to catering considerations, registrations close 5:00pm, Thursday 19 October.
Please note: The Member Update and AGM will begin promptly at 5:30 pm. We kindly ask you to arrive on time for mingling prior to the formalities of the evening.
