As busy retail owners and managers, we spend our days working hard in our business, dealing with all the day to day work we need to get through.

This program is an opportunity to spend a small amount of time out of your business to have a look at your business. It is a chance to have a fresh set of expert eyes see what opportunities exist for you to grow or improve your business with a focus on quick and cost-effective ideas that will assist you to turbocharge your financial results.

The workshop will consist of a 3-hour interactive session on the steps and framework for you to increase your Business Fitness™.

Topics will focus on:

• Visual Merchandising in all forms including store displays including:

1. Basic principles
2. Display groupings
3. Signage
4. How to create displays that draw the eye
5. Working with colour / ambiance / lighting
6. Store layout / walking patterns

• Category Management

1. Basic Principles
2. Understanding the tools, steps & process

• Maximising Sales
• Inventory Management
• Best practice sales and service training

The first 10 retailers to book will also have the option to spend some one-on-one time with a retail expert in your store discussing key areas directly relating to your business. You will have time to ask questions and discuss key aspects of your business inside your store. A scorecard will be given to you with a list of action points to allow you to focus on key areas along with relevant material to assist in implementing. A minimum of 5 key steps will be advised in your Business Fitness Action Plan assisting you to reach best practice.
