Tourism Western Australia is seeking expressions of interest from food and beverage producers in the Margaret River Region to be part of a media and trade event in Indonesia.
The interactive experiential event, held 3–5 May 2017 in KL, Singapore and Jakarta, will bring guests on a journey through Western Australia’s key regions, highlighting unique and extraordinary experiences in each.
Among the highlights will be food and beverages sourced from WA, and a guest appearance by Tony Howell. Tony will showcase WA’s fresh and unique produce through the creation of a few dishes demonstrated in front of guests.
The request list is as follows (but not restricted to):
1. Various local cheeses (sufficient for wine pairing and sampling)
2. Wines (8 dozen of mixed red and white wines)
3. Various Jams (sufficient for wine pairing and sampling)
4. Jams in mini jars for giveaways
5. Chocolate
6. Small gifts
