70 members braved the rain to be rewarded with wonderful food, Howard Park wine and Cheeky Monkey beer in the delightfully colourful and cosy surroundings of the Arc of Iris bar.

The evening’s host, Marc Griffiths, shared a number of fantastic reasons to visit the Arc of Iris, including live music and a range of weekly specials:

  • Steak night on Thursday nights: 200grm prime porterhouse steak, wedges and salad plus a drink $25.
  • Duck special on Wednesday nights: $25 quarter duck plus drink.
  • Garlic prawn special on Tuesday nights throughout winter: Creamy garlic prawns plus glass of wine or middy of beer for $25

The Beer Farm
From Busselton to Augusta, the region is ‘Pinking Up!’ through the ‘Pink up our Region’ campaign in support of raising funds for those affected by breast cancer via the McGrath Foundation.
The culmination of the campaign is the Pink Ball, a fun-filled rock ‘n’ roll evening, with the theme of ‘angels’. It is not a ‘dress up’ event but an event to dress up as beautifully as you like. Click here for further information

Strings Attached – The West Australian Guitar Festival

This is the ultimate festival for players, makers and enthusiasts. Featuring exhibitions, performances, masterclasses, workshops and panels all for those who want to go deeper into the world of strings.
