South West Region To Enter 5 Day Lockdown

By January 31, 2021February 1st, 2021COVID-19

WA Premier Mark McGowan has advised that WA’s South West will join the Perth Metropolitan area and the Peel region in entering a 5 day lock down from 6pm this evening (Sunday 31 January) until 6pm Friday 5 February.

This lockdown means that non-essential venues located in the affected regions need to close for the next five days. Schools will also remain closed during this time.

People in the Perth, Peel or South West region need to stay at home except for essential reasons for the next five days. People located in these regions are also asked not to not travel further outside of their current area until the lockdown is over.
