Awards & Accreditations

Congratulations to the MRBTA Members who were awarded at the 2023 Qantas Australian Tourism Awards! These achievements not only reflect the outstanding quality of our tourism offerings but also highlight the dedication of our members in making the Margaret River Region a truly exceptional destination.

New Experiences

  • Uniquely Balanced: has just launched its cozy bell tent sound meditation space. Weekly sound meditations are now available Monday 9.15am and Sunday 4pm.  Private group sound meditation sessions are also available by direct request.
  • Forage Safaris: is bringing back their annual Easter Egg Hunt Tour for one lucky family or group (between 2 – 7 pax) on March 29. The tour will visit an organic farm, meet some lovely animals, partake in a delicious paddock-to-plate farm brunch, and, of course, hunt for easter eggs! Visitors can book the experience direct.

New Openings

  • Ian Daniell Art Studio & Gallery: Artist and ocean advocate, Ian Daniell, is opening his Cowaramup Art Studio & Gallery from March 29.  Visitors to the gallery will be able to see his latest life-size works and browse the print collection.  A range of special events are planned for the studio throughout the year so look out for updates.
  • Wayfinder Wines: is opening its new cellar door and restaurant in Dunsborough this Thursday.  The venue includes a wine tasting bar where visitors can enjoy Swell Season, Small Wonder and Wayfinder wines from Margaret River & Tasmania.  The rest of the space is dedicated to casual dining with an extended wine list and delicious, simple food.
  • Island Brook Estate: after a thoughtful renovation, Island Brook is reopening their cellar door in time for the school holidays so that visitors can enjoy their latest wines.  With vines planted back in 1985, Island Brook take pride in producing well-balanced wines, bursting with flavour.
